The Bramble Patch offers a range of themed days to capture your child's imagination and guarantee them a memorable school holiday. Holiday club days are suitable for ages 4 to 11 years old. Get in touch ... adventure awaits!
In 2024 we will be be running holiday club during May half term, Summer holidays and October half term!
The day will run 9am till 3.30pm
Drop off between 9am and 9.15am
Children must bring lunch and a named drink bottle. There will be re-fills provided throughout the day.
Campfire treats will be provided.
We will be doing activities to do with the chosen theme. Children will also have the opportunity for exploration and free play at our beautiful setting!
Weather appropriate clothing is essential during all seasons. We are an outdoor venue and will be running sessions in all weathers.
The holiday club day costs £38.
An automatic discount of 5% will apply when booking 2 or more days / sessions.
An automatic discount of 10% will be applied when booking 6 or more sessions or events. .
We are now an Ofsted registered childcare provider. This means we can take child care vouchers and are registered with childcare choices. For more information and booking please get in touch via email.

At the Bramble Patch holiday club your child will be experiencing a range of activities dependent on the theme you have chosen. In preparation for the day you could talk about; the tractor and trailer ride and how we are sensible on this. Discuss the fire and the marshmallow toasting and discuss being outdoors.
During our day children will have a mid-morning snack stop, we encourage this to be a healthy snack. We will then have lunch at 12pm. Again please send your child with a nutritionally balanced lunch.
Please remember we operate a strict NO NUTS policy so please do not send your child with any nut products.
Please remember the Bramble Patch is an outdoor venue and therefore children must be dressed in appropriate clothing in order to get the full enjoyment out of the day.
Children with additional needs
We operate as an inclusive setting. If your child has additional needs which may need supporting during their visit please get in touch with The Bramble Patch before their visit to discuss how your child can be best supported.
Food and drinks provided:
We ask that all adults provide children with a snack, lunch and named water bottle. On site we have drinking water and will do refills throughout the day.
During mid-afternoon we have the fire experience where children can come to the fire and toast marshmallows. We are able to offer alternatives for any children with dietary requirements.

Staffing and contact:
During the Bramble Patch holiday club we have a number of different staff members working at the Bramble Patch. All staff members have gone through a vetting process and have enhanced DBS checks completed. Please see meet the team to learn more about the Bramble Patch staff.

We strive to provide excellent care for your child and send them home with happy memories. If however you are unhappy with anything we would love to discuss it and try to improve on our practice.

Full payment will be taken at time of booking.
If you no longer want your child's place then 1 week or more notice and you will be given a refund.
Less than 1 weeks notice = non-refundable
In the case of extreme weather The Bramble Patch reserves the rights to cancel.
