Our Party Package
The Bramble Patch Party
At The Bramble Patch we offer a unique party experience for your child's birthday.
The activities are tailored to your child's interests.
Libby plans the whole party - all you need to do is turn up!
We travel in our tractor and trailer across 2 fields to our little woodland paradise.
The Bramble Patch is an outdoor venue. We have an undercover area- however in extreme weather conditions, re-scheduling may be required.
All staff members have a current DBS check and Libby is a trained first aider.
What's included?
Parties are 2 hours long with the exception of the nerf war which is 2 hours 30 minutes. You can choose a morning , an afternoon slot or an after-school slot during the summer months.
Parents of the birthday child will need to stay at parties but we encourage all other parents to drop and go for the older ones parties.
The party includes:
- Party invites (free download on information page)
- A trailer ride over to the Bramble Patch
- Themed activities
- Campfire cooking, Hotdog and smores - (toasted marshmallows and chocolate biscuits)
- Drinks
Tiddler Parties:
The Tiddler party is aimed at children at 4 and under.
Parents are required to stay with their little ones for the party.
Celebrate a birthday or just use it as an opportunity to get together with those friends you haven't been able to see!
All Bramble Patch party themes can be adapted for the tiddlers or check out our specific tiddler themes.
Times and Prices
Prices:
As of April 2024 we will be increasing our prices marginally. We haven't done this since 2022 but with ever rising costs and being a small business we are afraid it is necessary.
8 children = prices from £160 dependent on theme.
Tiddler party - starting price £180
Extra children:
8 - 12 = £15 per child
13 - 20 = £14 per child
21+ = £13 per child
We run parties on:
Saturday and Sunday: 10am -12pm / 2-4pm
After-school slots on Tuesday and Thursdays: 4.30 - 6.30pm

Capture The Flag and Nerf Gun Wars

NERF WAR PARTIES RUN FOR 2 HOURS 30 MINUTES

Nerf wars and water fights

This Nerf War is aimed at 6 - 7 year olds and finished off with a good old water fight - serious fun for all involved!

Proffesor Oak has been in touch - 15 pokemon have escaped at the Bramble Patch! Grab your pokeball and database and head off to catch them all!

Fairies

Enter the enchanted world of the Woodland. Come and meet the Bramble Patch fairies, create wands and potions to cast your own magical spells.
Superheroes and Villains

Come and be the Bramble Patch hero ... there are villains hidden all over the woods, get ready to blast them! Next, make your own super hero potions and masks.
Unicorns -

Princess, Knights & Dragons

Will you be the Bramble Patch Knight in shining Armour or a beautiful Princess? Create your own shields and swords ready for a jousting match preparing you for the biggest challenge of the day though - SLAYING THE DRAGON!

Refund and cancellation policy
At time of booking you will need to pay a non-refundable £50 deposit.
If party is cancelled with 2 weeks or less notice a minimum charge of an additional £100 will be due.
