We are currently looking to recruit for the role of Bramble Patch Assistant.
In this job role you will be assisting with all things Bramble Patch including; weekend parties, holiday clubs and family events and school trips.

Recruitment process:
To begin the recruitment process all applicants will have to complete an application form which will ask for information on previous employment, qualifications and references.
Once the application form has been completed any successful applicants will be invited to interview via email.
At the interview applicants will be asked to bring 2 forms of ID in order to complete DBS checks.
Where an applicant claims to have changed his/her name by deed poll, the correct documentation will be requested.
Where possible, references will be checked before the interviewing stage.
During the interview, detailed enquires will be made regarding any gaps in their employment and reason for leaving employment.
Induction:
All staff will be required to complete The Bramble Patch induction.
The induction includes:
· Training on safe-guarding and policies and procedures
· Training which must be completed via the Lincolnshire Safeguarding portal.
· A handbook on staff expectations and structures to the day.
Enhanced DBS checks:
All staff must complete an enhanced DBS check in accordance with the recommendations of the DFEs in “safeguarding children; safer recruitment and selection in education settings”
